This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through True North Auto at truenorth-auto.com. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns Eligibility

 

Due to the nature of our products and dropshipping fulfillment model, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The incorrect item was received

  • The item is significantly different from the product description

 

To be eligible for a return, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used automotive performance parts

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

 

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or damage to qualify.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos or documentation if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Wait for return authorization before sending any items back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Because we work with third-party suppliers, return addresses may vary and will be provided upon approval.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
